berniegoboom51 says "if you are a new customer they are cool" about T-Mobile

if you are just getting them for the first time they are really cool. but if you have either prepaid and have your phone or you are monthly payer and have you phone when there is a problem and you go into the location the don't really care. Their customer service goes downhill. I have been a prepaid customer for about 8 years now. Their prepaid service is pretty good if you don't use your phone much but it is cool cause you won'tget surprised with a bill too high at the end of the month. There are still plenty of black out spots where i live. Sometimes I am not able to get coverage in my own house....
