      <title>bernda23 says "The worst club experience I have ever had!" about Disney Movie Club</title>

      <description>I would not recommend the Disney Movie Club to anyone.&#160; I am the mother of two girls who love the Disney princesses, so I joined hoping to save money replacing all of our VHS movies with DVDs.&#160; At the time I was unaware of their "vault" practice, so I was only able to find 2 of the movies I was looking for. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I preferred to respond to the club mailings online and got into the habit of throwing away the paper catalogs without even opening the envelopes.&#160; However, after I had purchased a few titles and began to wonder how much of my commitment I had fulfilled, I discovered that there is no record of that information on the web site.&#160; In the FAQ, it says that you can find out how many purchases you still need to make by looking on the paper Featured Selection reply card. This simple information that I needed was, ironically, less accessible me as an internet user.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Once I fulfilled my commitment, I felt I had to jump through hoops to cancel my membership.&#160; There is no way to contact customer...... </description>
