berkland says "not-any" about MyPoints

This is the second time MyPoints has attempted to refuse an award am due. I attended a seminar for a reward of 3550 points and am still fighting them weeks later to get wat I earned. I have concrete proof I fulfilled my end of the deal, and they are still ignoring my requests with generic emails that indicate they do not even read the emails they are sent.

I went to Hawaii in December also and had to fight them for those points as well. I booked my trip thru them. The deal was 10 points per dollar and they tried to award me 210 points for a deal worth over 5000. Anytime I have earned a large reward it seems they conveniently find a way to not give them.

When this is over, and I am gonna fight them on this, I am spending whatever points I have and getting out.

I have been a member of Mypoints for many years. I have accumulated points for filling out surveys and clicking on adds. I became disapointed in the service when I was unable to be credited points I had earned for purchases which...
...

berkland says "In May of 2005, while waiting at a stop-light, I was rear-ended " about USAA Banking and Insurance

In May of 2005, while waiting at a stop-light, I was rear-ended by an intoxicated man. Not only was he arrested for drunk driving, but a police officer witnessed the accident.

The driver's insurance paid immediately. The ironic part of this is, MY insurance isn't so willing. Let me give a little background to make this clearer.

Several years ago, while on my way to work, I was involved in a four-car accident; I was the front car. Through the process of dealings with insurance companies, I learned what was needed/not needed to get the claim settled. After that accident finalized, I increased my PIP (personal injury protection) and UIM (under-insured motorist) to assure that, in the future, everything would be covered.

While serving in the military in 1997, I hurt my back. I had some bulging discs (the largest at 3 mm). In April of 2005, I had another MRI done that showed the discs still at 3 mm.

Now, less than a month after being hit by the drunk driver, I was administered another MRI since......

berkland says "What????" about servicemagic.com

After using Servicemagic many, many times, the last people they sent was the last straw. They sent me a clumsy non-caring contractor who wouldn't stop damaging things. They damaged the hard wood floor. They damaged the new cabinets and made a run for it when we kept complaining. What really shows the deception and lack of integrity of this contractor is when I made a complaint to the BBB, they even denied doing anything wrong after us submitting many high res color pics. Amazing. And what's really amazing is how servicemagic hide my complaint about him and his crew. They also hide another persons complaint. One day it's there, the next, it's gone. They said it's because the contractor had 'issues' with my (and probably his) complaint. Stay away from servicemagic. They are not out there to help the consumer, just themselves. Their so called prescreening is a joke. They check for license, bond and insurance...in other words they do nothing to check the competance of the contractor they send...
...
