belle708 says "Good for the price." about Bio Spot Spot On Flea and Tick Control for Dogs

I bought this from Drs Foster and Smith. It is a good product for the price, but I don't think I would buy it again. I prefer K9 Advantix. My golden retriever spends alot of time outside, especially in the woods. When we used BioSpot I must have pulled at least 10 ticks off her. Some were imbedded, some on her fur. This year we used K9 Advantix (also from Drs Foster and Smith - best prices, great service). I didn't see one tick on her all year. Biospot did work well for fleas, though....

belle708 says "Two hours I'll never have back." about The Invisible

I was so disappointed with this movie. I was really looking forward to seeing it because it was an interesting concept. I thought the characters were poorly developed. There were references to things that happened in the past that were never fully explained. For example, how did the girl's mother die, why wasn't her father a police officer anymore? I can't even remember the main characters' names, and I saw the movie less than a week ago. Great concept, but poorly developed....

belle708 says "I love Bertrice Small." about Bertrice Small - The Border Lord's Bride

This is her newest book. I love almost all of Bertrice Small's books. This one was good, not her best. I did love this book, though. The character's are well developed. I read it quickly because I enjoyed it so much, but hated to finish it. As in most of her books, you really become attached to the characters and hate to see it end....

belle708 says "The best cuisine under the radar." about Red Brick Tavern - Rosendale, NY

Try the stuffed portobello mushroom. The best I've had anywhere. The crab cakes are excellent. This is a bar/restaurant that you can bring your family to. You can eat at the bar or grab a table. The portions are generous, always enough for a second meal. The prices are reasonable, but the food is outstanding. Enjoy!...

I just got the Kitchen Aid Artisan Stand Mixer for my birthday. I love it. It is user friendly, attractive enough to keep on the counter, and practical. I've already made four loaves of bread in the last two days. My kids love to help bake, and this product makes it easy for them to get involved. I would recommend it to anyone....
