They're friendly, knowledgeable, etc; only one problem...They can't beat the company I've been with for 4+ years, just because of our credit score. We continue to pay things off, but haven't "rebuilt" our credit. We pay cash for everything! So no credit/bad credit equals higher rate and less money for them. Sorry...
