I am skeptical of reality television. The trick is to put a spin on the same theme. It's not enough to just survive, then you have to survive and be daring to become the president of a Fortune 500 company.

It's not enough to just have a dating game, then a blonde bombshell gets hooked up with 30 geeky looking guys to determine "do looks really matter". Or worse, a young professional needs to choose someone to marry out of 25 potential "soul mates".

Personally, I like a talent show. "American Idol" is an original and it's worthwhile. A music CD and concert is a great reward in the end. Best yet, they don't show the backstage drama. "Last Comic Standing" and "America's Next Top Model" take this reality beyond annoying and into the "in bad taste" category.

Having 3 children we don't eat out in restaurants that have real silverware or a table that gets cleared for you rather than a self-serve trash can.

When it came time to have a special "Bon Voyage" party for a dear friend all of us wanted to do something extra nice, but it couldn't cost an arm and a leg. One of my friends found a coupon for our local Olive Garden and we decided to go there.

It was so pretty inside and the waitress was very friendly and accomodating. We savored every bite of the delicious food. It was overall a wonderful experience and we'd love to go again soon.

I had been waking up more and more with a sore neck and back. First I started with a memory foam pillow, which helped tremendously.
