SparkPeople is a great resource for anyone who is changing their eating lifestyle. Some of the resources are; nutrition database, exercise video clips, tips, and resources.

Each member gets to take a profile survey too see where they are for their health needs. You then set up your own Spark Page Profile. As a member you learn to become accountable for your calories, exercise and nutrition.

SparkPeople also has a great recipe database! This helps you with all your lifestyle needs. You can sign up for emails, and join groups/communities with select areas of interest.

I highly recommend this site for anyone that is looking for support with all your nutritional lifestyle changes you are making in your life.

Craigslist.org is an abundance of most things found you can say. I personally use the site daily in my area.

I have sold, purchased, traded, networked and even found jobs on Craigslist.org. It is a unique site that offers more than just a classified newspaper or a nickel dime paper.

You do have to watch for scammers, fraud and actual junk that persons try to give away, or hope for you to trash for them. Once you get the feel for those type, you can click on a link to turn them in for spam etc. Craigslist works hard trying to keep these type posters at bay.

My daughter has furnished her first apartment for less than $100 for just about everything she needed to get started and then some. I personally have upscaled items from my place by getting the items free or purchasing the item for a great deal. It can be like a rummage sale just online.

Craigslist is great to also keep most stuff out of our landfills. As many things can be fixed, spruced up, or re-used. So even when I am done with the...

I have used Half.com to sell and purchase many items for several years now. I have never had a problem with ordering and buying. Selling your product is quite easy with their personal database.

I have used Half.com for used college books when I couldn't find my daughter or son's college books many times. They have a rating system, that I thought worked well. I even found a school book once and the guy was local, I contacted him and asked if we could meet for the purchase, and had it the same day.

I also comparison shop on Half.com before I put some media or books on ebay or craigslist for sale to get a average price for my product.

I will continue to use it for my kids college books, as I find they are cheaper than most online sites and even the college bookstore.

K&D Auto is a great place to get a used vehicle. The owners go out of there way to help you with your situation. They are a small lot, and also sell on consignment, so sometimes there selection is small. But do not let that scare you.

They have unique financing, and can work with your credit situation, or sell for cash. They offer vehicles that you can trust. We personally have bought 3 vehicles from K&D Auto (and will again).

You can drive on to their lot, and get help, but no pushing or selling you something way over priced, or a piece of junk. They let you know up front about everything with the vehicles.

I recommend K&D Auto if you are looking for a used car or truck.
