beadchick says "Lower room rates on the south strip" about Excalibur Hotel And Casino - Las Vegas, NV

If you are not super picky about where you stay when in Vegas the Excalibur may be for you. Their room rates are usually affordable and less than most hotels on the strip. It is not the most modern hotel and is one of the 1st ones to be on the south strip. The rooms are fine, nothing fancy and the table games are usually more affordable than some other resorts. Directly across the street(you can access by bridge) is New York casino for better restaurants than the ones in Excalibur. Ate at the buffet in Excalibur on my last visit and did not care much for it. It is in a good location to go to many other casinos. If you book online through the hotel website you can usually get an online discount. We don't stay in our room much so why not save $20-$100 per night on your room rate.
...

beadchick says "Reasonable prices, good food!" about Chin Chin Cafe at New York-New York Hotel and Casino - Las Vegas, NV

I have been to Chin Chin restaurant in the New York New York Casino in Las Vegas many times. The food has been consistently good and affordable. I thought the Lo Mein was exceptionally good. Usually there are 3 to 4 of us having dinner and we will order 2 entrees and 1 appetizer and we get plenty to eat. The service has been good, nothing extra ordinary, but good. Out of the 7 or 8 times I have eaten there while in Las Vegas I have only had one mediocre meal and one time of mediocre service and they both happened on the same visit. I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting Chinese food on the South strip in Las Vegas.
...

beadchick says "Love to shop here" about Costco - Chicago, IL

I got my Costco membership about 4 years ago and have been saving ever since. I cannot believe the incredible deals we get. Most of the time I can save a bundle over the traditional grocery stores. As long as I know it is an item I can use alot of I will save in the long run by purchasing the larger packages at Costco. The best deals for me are the whole bean coffee(First Colony), right around $8-9 for a 2 1/2 pound bag, thats an awesome price. Hershey's chocolate syrup - I pay less than it would cost me for 1 at the grocery store and I get 2 bottles. These are just a few examples. I could go on about several items but I think you get the point. I love the grocery items at Costco as well as household, clothing, books, etc. We have saved on many items other than groceries many times. It is a great place to shop for Christmas gifts. Costco also has there own coupons every month on certain items and you can really save either in-store or on-line. Costco is great for offering lower...
...

beadchick says "Saves me time and effort" about Mr Clean Magic Eraser, Extra Power

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser definitely saves me time and effort. I use this product for many cleaning projects. It cleans up very quickly, the counter tops, walls etc. Where it really saves me time is in the bathroom. The eraser works wonders in the shower and bath, removing soap scum, mildew and is great on the tile and cleaning up the grout. Before using the eraser I would use a spray to get rid of mildew and stains in the bath or shower and hated breathing those fumes, not to mention how expensive all the cleaners were to clean the bathroom. Now I just need the one to clean without having to buy a bunch of different cleaning products so it really is a good value. I wish they would make a larger size, perhaps one you would be able to mop the floor with.
...
