I just saw on the computer ad today on this product 'sensa' that is another supposively weight loss gimmick. i have never heard of it until now and i never saw it being advertised on tv or anywhere else. well i really cannot say that it is not reliable or good. i guess because i have had so many disappointments in the different weight loss programs. Sensa is a crystal like substance that you sprinkle on any and everything you eat. It uses your senses(i guess this is how they got the name) of smell and taste to help you get more satisfaction from eating less. they say the more your body craves less the more you lose weight. this was discovered by Dr. Alan Hirsch and it has been researched for 25 years. it comes in a shaker like salt and pepper to sprinkle the content on your food. the contents that are not in sensa are: sodium free. sugar free, gluten-free, msg free, and calorie free. so it is free of many things but i did not read what exactly is in it. they...

the programs that are offered there are outstanding and there are numerous to choose from. i enjoyed the college so much that i graduated from it twice. once in 1980 and the next 1993. i would highly recommend this college for young and old....
