Benadryl Helps me a lot. There are times that I use it for sinus relief. My alleries are especially irritated in the spring when the pollen is heavy. Some other times, because I am allergic to many things outdoors. I feel like scratching anytime I am in grass, trees or dust. I get a heat rash in the summertime in the bend of my arm. I use it to relieve an itch. Mostly at night, when I can't sleep, I can take one Benadryl capsule and fall asleep fast. I work nights and find it hard to unwind. I have to be up early for classes I take in the day. My husband questioned my judgment in doing this. I found that the same medicine that is in the PM tablets, is also in the Benadryl capsules!...

The first time I laid on the Tempurpedic Memory Foam Mattress was awesome! At least for the first five or ten minutes, then the sales people started to come over and ask me if I needed any help. I didn't mind them asking so much. It was the answer that I was forced to give. This reply would make the next 20 minutes on the mattress of bliss a living (bleep). My sidekick/husband didn't want the added embarassment so I had to get up after that. Oh how I hated having to tell them I was just looking. I just could not afford it. If I had the money my nights would be so much better... like sleeping on a cloud!...

How can you lose with such hot guys? Well, the show "Supernatural" started off on "the good foot" but now it has left me limping like a runner in a pair of old shoes. Everybody is into putting gore in their ideas right now and have no actual understanding of what they are watching or creating. How many different entities can you come up with until it all just seemed to repeat itself? It has started to turn me off with all the black eye crap and smoke arising off the villians. Can anyone please do some real research and come up with something original?...
