It is my first laptop, and I have had very little complaints with it. Even Vista, which I hear a lot of negative things about, hasn't given me any problems. The QuickPlay feature is one of my favorites, and DVD's look great. It comes equipped with Word 2007, which is hard to get use to at first, but I wouldn't go back to anything else. The main thing I don't like about it is the battery life- it seems short. But, overall, I love it!...
