I got this phone with the new every two year plan. I was kind of excited because I thought I would be able to listen to music when I didn't have my ipod with me because I always have my phone. I still haven't figured out how to add music. I thought I would be able to add music from my itunes, but haven't figured that out yet. Also, had to buy a bigger card, like another review said, to be able to hold more music otherwise it will only hold about 3-4 songs. I also cannot hear very well on this phone. Speaker phone on it work good, but when I hold it up to my ear, I can't hear very well....

We took our family vacation to South Dakota last summer. It ranks as one of our best vacations ever! Our kids ranged in age from 15 down to 4 and no one complained or had a bad time. We ended up going to Mount Rushmore 2 times. We were there at opening time one day and did the hike and watched the movie and looked at everything. I think we spent about 3 - 4 hours there. Then we went back to see it in the evening. My daughter who was 4 at the time cracked us all up because she kept pronouncing it Mount Mushmore. There are so many family activities to do in this area of South Dakota. We went to Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, the Needles, and also to the Badlands. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had a great time and the kids still talk about visiting Mount Mushmore!...

I'm not sure if I just got a defective model or this product is just bad. I read all of the directions and followed them very clearly. It stated that it took 10 minutes for a complete cycle and then it shut off automatically. I put it in at night before I went to bed. When I took my toothbrush out the next morning, the head of it was different shaped as it had melted and where the brushes attach to the head of the brush had black on it. I don't know if it didn't shut off and ran all night or what. I haven't tried it again as I don't want to waste another toothbrush. It's not like replacement brushes are cheap and I don't want to have to buy more. Right now, I really can't recommend this product. I'm not even sure if it really works - how would we know for sure.
