I owned several pumps before this one and found all the pieces and tubes to be so annoying to clean. The Avent manual pump is compact and easy to slip in your purse or diaper bag. I traveled with this to hawaii (with my husband and bro-inlaws) and carried it with me on excursions of all sorts and no-one even knew I had it or was pumping through out the trip. I have a 1 and 2 year old and they fit great in the chair. It is made if sturdy plastic that sets right on top of a normal kitchen dining chair. It has an easy cleaning vinyl cover that pops off for the occasional hose down. (we all know you want to do that)  It is easy to secure in place and I always know that my kids will be safe. The tray is so easy to clean and has two compartments for sippy or snack cups. This seat reclines for infants and has a couple levels to bring your child higher to the table as they grow.
