I didnt think it would be a good investment but it really turned out to be something that I use more than my cell phone. I would recommend this to family, friends, as well as coworkers. I do a lot of family videos for everyone and I can just plug my comcorder into the laptop and make the dvds. This Christmas my familiy is getting an excerpt of my two year olds year all in one little disc. I thought what would be better than something that they miss everyday. We live away fromthem and they don't get to see him too much so let's give him what we get everyday I told my wife. This great Burner had me done before I knew it and and I shipped my Christmas gifts 2 weeks ago. I am all done with my shopping. You should try it, because now we are going  home and have no shopping to be stressed about....
