I flew from Memphis to Orlando and returned from Orlando to Memphis. I called to request a window seat and immediately got a service representative who assisted with the changes and was very pleasant. I did not have to wait at either airport. There lines move very fast and the staff are so helpful and polite.... Most of the staff was friendly. The warm cookies received at check-in was a nice welcome home feeling. They were delicious as well. The rooms were clean and the amenities were ample. We were staying in this hotel for a convention so parking was limited and crowded. The elevators are very slow because the building is so old. Overall it was not a bad stay.... The staff at this hotel was horibble at check in. The night clerk was more interested in her smoke break than adequately checking us into the room. The clerk at check out was not much better but the shift manager was polite but did not offer any thing to correct the poor service. I would not recommend a stay here if you are expecting great service. The accomadations aren't half bad. ... I had a beautiful oceanview room and it was quick and easy to take a walk on the beach. Everything was convenient and easily accessible in Cocoa Beach. I traveled there on business but would take my family back for a adventrous trip.... It is the best value for the money and the experiences of a lifetime. Carnival gives every budget an option. There are so many things to do at what ever amount of money you have to spend. We have sasiled many of their ships and we have repeated the Conquest several times....
