They offer many brands of shoes in various widths. You can search in many ways: brand name, shoe size, shoe type/style, etc. The selection is very large, but my favorite part is the super fast delivery. I once shopped online at 10pm EST and had the shoes on my doorstep by 2pm the next day! Wow, that was excellent service. </p><p>And shipping costs are paid by zappos both ways! Even if you have to exchange, they pay the return shipping costs. I did exchange a pair of shoes for my 11 year old daughter one time and it was very easy.
