      <description>&lt;p&gt;We purchased this machine about 3 months ago when our previous GE machine motor pooped out after 5 years of serious and steady usage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This washing machine is so quiet for the most part.&#160; I had to go back and check and make sure it was actually running as it went through the wash cycle.&#160; If you put your ear down to it you can hear it agitating.&#160; When it gets ready to spin it sounds like a very quiet jet getting ready to take off.&#160; It washes well and holds a good amount of clothes including my king size quilt without problems.&#160; It does sound off balance each time I put in a full load of towels, but it recovers itself without needing my attention.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;All in all, a workhorse machine without bells and whistles.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
