azchickie says "not a bad work out" about AB Lounge AB lounge sport

I have always had a problem doing sit ups. They always just hurt my back too much, ot maybe I just wan not doing it correctly. I wanted to get something to work on just the abs that would also be easy on my back. My daughter recommended the AB lounge sport. I went around to a few stores to check on prices. I found that Wal Mart had the best deal. What I love about this item is that you get a pamphlet of instructions, some recipes, but also a CD which shows you beginning and intermediate exercises. Once you get the rhythm its easy. I started out with the recommended 10 reps in 3 different positions. I have only had it for 3 weeks, but I have advanced to 3 sets of 10 now. My back and neck does not hurt. I feel better in the tummy area. The only down side was putting it together. I had to have someone help me to finish- but then I am not the greatest at putting things together. All in all I love it.
...

azchickie says "I never knew i could dance- till now." about Chandler Fred Astaire - Fred Astaire dance studios - Chandler, AZ

I am an avid watcher of Dancing with the Stars. All the dances looked like fun, so one day when my husband and I went past a Fred Astaire dance studio we decided to go in and inquire about lessons. We were offered an introductory offer of 4 lessons for $25.00- which included two private lessons, one group and one practice party. We started out with the Waltz and Fox trot. Since we were we danced with each other and also with our instructor. If you join by yourself you will learn with your instructor as your partner. We went to our first practice party after we had a couple lessons in so we can dance with the best of them. A practice party was an hour where they played all kinds of music. They also encouraged us to change partners and you could also learn something new for free from an instructor. WE WERE HOOKED! So now two tears later we know Salsa, Tango, two step, Swing, rumba, an a few others. What is great about the Chandler office- the instructors. They...
...

azchickie says "one cup at a time wonder" about Krups Nescafe dolce gusto

I am always dumping out the rest of the unused coffee in my pot. So when I found the nescafe dolce gusto machine I immediately fell in love. It was so easy to do. Most of the coffee flavors come with two capsules, one for the milk, one for the coffee. All you do is fill the reservoir with water (I recommend filtered), turn on and wait for the green light, insert the capsule and puncture it. Thats all there is to it. When done throw out the capsule for the next one. The machine itself comes in 3 colors...Red, Black with silver trim, all silver. The flavors to choose from are Cappuccino, expresso, cafe lungo (american coffee), Latte Macchiato, hot chocolate, Cappuccino ice. When you buy the starter kit, there are instructions to go online and you will get a free box of capsules of your choice of flavor. With the kit comes two cups and a box of assorted capsules so you can try them all. On the website you can get ideas for recipes, talk to other users and comming soon can...
...

azchickie says "Less paint needed" about Sherwin Williams Duration Paint

My husband and I decided to take all our bland white walls and add some color. We decided to go to Sherwin Williams because we had heard that it takes less coats to get the job done.

When we went to the store we were happy to see that there were many colors to choose from and a lot of information to find accents to go witht the colors we chose. We also found out that they have a small sample container that you buy to test on your wall to make sure you have the color you want. We were happy to see that most of the colors we picked only needed one coat and that when the paint was dry it was a rich color that just looked great.

We also got some great service from the staff at the store. One color we picked was a red called "Bolero". We were advised that this color needed a primer even though it was going over white. Well we decided to test this on one wall and it ended up needing 5 coats of paint! Needless to say we did the rest with the primer and it only took 2 coats...
...
