I have been going through a crisis of deodorant lately. I'm getting older and my body is changing. Deodorants that always worked in the past (I never used to think about it - anything worked well) are not working well for me anymore. I was given a sample of this deodorant to use and thought I would see what it could do.

WOW. The actual packaging makes it easy to determine how much you need to apply. The scent is light, fresh and clean. As the day goes on, I would occasionally smell a light, refreshing wisp that made me feel confident that it was working well. I love the effectiveness of the product, but not the high price tag that goes with it. I may keep searching for the deodorant that does what I need at a price I like more... but I really do like this one.

A good coupon paired with a great sale helped get this shampoo into my basket. The price was a little high, but I wanted to see if it was worth the extra for the results. While I love the end result - soft, smooth hair - I just don't care for the scent. It seems a bit "neutral" in scent, where I'd rather have something fairly well scented. It lathers very well and does a great job of making my hair feel clean.

Overall... Love the effect, not the scent. I would become a loyal user if the scent were something more to my liking.

Background -

I never worried about ,my caloric intake until I got pregnant. I became a gestational diabetic (diabetic when there's a baby baking) who ate by a strict schedule, became best friends with a glucometer and took insulin twice a day. Since then, I have modified my diet to limit the amount of sugars and carbs as a health decision (and I didn't want to have to go through the "giving up" stage again!).

The test -

I received my sample of PureVia in the mail about a week or so ago. I do not drink coffee or tea, but do love my crisped rice cereal. While the PureVia was not as tasty as I remember sugar being (have not used sugar in ages), it was noticibly less noticible than other sugar substitutes. It had a tiny aftertaste that was easily dismissed and did not linger long. It dissolved effectively and sweetened the cereal, but a little sweeter would have been better.

The review -

While I didn't dislike the PureVia, it still isn't sugar. I must say that I do prefer Splenda, but the PureVia...

I LOVE this Fisher Price Stand-n-Ride stroller! The basket under the bench is easily accessible, and is HUGE. It can hold my not-so-small diaper bag and still has room for extras. Putting it together took a little time (lots of nuts and bolts), but it is sturdy and has more than enough storage for everything we go out with. Absolutely LOVE that there is additional storage if you need it by extending the extra storage basket that is behind the toddler bench. The only disadvantage I have found is the cupholder. It is shallower on one side which can cause the cups to tip easily. We remedied this by purchasing a third-party cup holder. Problem solved. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!...

My daughter (now 3) loved these as a new eater. We would take them everywhere and knew that she would be content to have them as a snack wherever we were. My son, 11 months, won't touch them. I'm hoping that it's just because he's not comfortable with putting things in his mouth yet. These are by far MY preferred first snack food because of the dissolving factor....

I LOVE this deodorant. I bought one when my last deodorant ran out. I liked it. Next time around, I bought 3 more. I am an avid couponer and always try to get the best price on the best product. This is one of those products that I look for and buy, regardless of available coupons. (and that is saying a lot!)...

I love the availability of the sport top. It makes grabbing one of these SO convenient when I'm on the way out the door with the kids. I love the taste, and the price isn't too bad either. I have a little supply in the basement so that I don't run out!...

Out of the tub, this product just feels nice. I was worried that it would be too thick and I would get it stuck under my fingernails each morning. But it's smooth and creamy to the touch and there's no digging in the tub for it. It smooths on easily and has a nice scent....

I was lucky to get in on the lifetime subscription before they stopped doing it. My second box has a $6.95 monthly fee, which is tolerable. I would definitely recommend TIVO to anyone with young children who provide constant interruptions. It allows you the freedom to watch TV when you have time, even if it's only 10 minutes at a time. It also allows me to go to bed whenever I want without feeling as though I'm going to miss out on my shows.

I love the amount of coupons offered per magazine. I thought it was a bit pricey at first, but when I took into consideration the amount of the coupons, it was well worth it. I did find a subscription (24 months for $20!) that made the cost MUCH more appealing....
