This is a fabulous range, I can't say enough good things about it. We had a cheaper gas range previously, and every time I baked something, it had to be rotated flipped, turned, etc. in order to come out evenly cooked. It was a giant hassle to bake anything, as it needed constant supervision. This range is the complete opposite. Put your item in the oven, set the timer, and forget about it. When the timer dings, out come your perfectly baked items. And I can't believe the difference in texture! The muffins and cakes are so much lighter and flufflier, it's amazing. I often bake the cheaper store brand biscuits, and we couldn't believe the difference when I baked them in this oven! And the stovetop is great, too. There's four burners, two are regular, and one is high capacity for bringing things to a boil quicker, and one is low capacity for simmering. And the cooktop burners are sealed for easier cleaning. The oven is larger capacity and it's self cleaning! What more could you ask for....

The Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds series is great for anyone. I have several, some incorporate 2 lb hand weights, and some a resistance band, and some are just basic walking. The really great thing about all her videos, is you can modify them to your abilities. If you can't kick too high, or lift your knees or arms too high, than you just do the best you can. So they are great for many different fitness levels. The one mile is about 15 min, the two mile 30 min, the three mile 45 min, and the four mine almost 60 min. That one is quite a workout! But you can start with the one mile, and work your way up. The two mile ones are great for your 30 minutes a day. And the ones that incoporate the weights and resistance bands are really nice for upper body toning. If you want a longer workout, you can move up to the three and four mile ones. There is also a Kick and Walk one that is a really good aerobic workout, too. I think anyone who tries her videos will find that unlike other fitness...

The Nintendo Wii is a blast! I purchased it as a family gift for Christmas 2008. I wasn't sure how much we'd use it, but it has turned out to be so much fun. Originally we started out with the Wii Sports that comes with the system, and Wii Play which we purchased as a package with an extra Wii Wireless Remote. We all immediately loved it (husband, myself, teenage daughter). Since then we've added some shooting games (House of the Dead and Deer Drive) and my husband and I are addicted to them. We enjoy shooting zombies on the weekends. We also have Mario Kart which is a ton of fun, and my daughter loves. We also do some golf, and I have the Wii Fit which is a fun way to work in some activity. We aren't typical gamers, we are a little too old to have grown up on home gaming systems, although we did grow up with arcade games. I wasn't sure my husband would even play, he has never played with any of the other systems we had over the years with our son, who is grown now. But Wii is a totally...

I have had the Oral B Sonic Care Complete for about 3 years now. I bought it on the recommendation of my dentist. I have gum disease, and must visit the dentist every 4 months for cleanings. In addition I use prescription Flouride every night. My dentist thought a sonic toothbrush would be a good addition to my oral care routine, especially as I have a problem with plaque. It is a fantastic toothbrush. You notice the difference almost immediately. There are three settings: Clean, Soft, and Massage. If you've never used a sonic toothbrush before, you will want to start out on soft, until your gums/teeth get used to the vibrations. This shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks, then you cam move up to Clean. It is nothing like a regular toothbrush, once you start using the Oral B Sonic Care Complete, you will never go back to using a regular toothbrush. Your teeth/gums feel so much cleaner, and it gets rid of so much more plaque. They can be a little pricey, but you can often find a good...

The Life of Pi is one of the best books I have ever read. It is the story of Pi, a young Indian boy, who's father owns a Zoo. His father decides to sell some of the animals to a zoo in Canada. During the course of transporting the animals on a ship across the ocean, the ship sinks. Pi finds himself on a lifeboat with several animals, including a tiger named Richard Parker. Needless to say, it is soon only Pi and Richard Parker traveling together. This is the fantastical story of their journey. It is a book you will not be able to put down. It starts a little slow, but builds quickly. It is like nothing else I have ever read. I have passed the book on to several other people, who also enjoyed it immensely. It is the kind of book that stays with you, and you will remember it long after you have read it. I consider this book a "keeper" which means it is the kind of book you will wish to read over again. Don't hesitate to read this one.

Pantene always means quality to me. I have used their products for years, and they never dry the hair, or leave it feeling unhealthy. Pantene Smooth Shampoo works well for hair that tends to frizz. I have coarse hair that tends to frizz, and also live in an extremely humid city. Pantene Smooth shampoo lives up to it's name. It helps hair stay smoother all day. My daughter uses Pantene Smooth also. She uses a flat iron almost daily and really needs frizz control. Pantene also makes Smooth conditioner, which can be used in conjunction with the shampoo to make it more effective. Pantene does cost more than the discount and store brand shampoos, but I believe the quality is worth paying for. I have tried other brands of smoothing shampoos, but they are not as effective as Pantene. Pantene Smooth shampoo also has a pleasant fragrance, and it leaves the hair feeling clean, but not at all stripped or dry. You can really feel the diffference in your hair. I will continue to use Pantene Products...
