I purchased the George Foreman G5 Indoor grill last December. We use it at least once a week. Much to my son's dismay, we haven't attempted waffles yet, but we have used the flat surface cooking grates for eggs and also grilled sandwiches. We've also cooked hamburgers, steaks, pork chops, chicken, and vegetables on it. It cooks fast, leaves food moist and flavorful, and washes up in the dishwasher. The grilling surface is still a bit too small for our family of four, but it's so much better than the previous indoor grills we've owned. I'm sure we'll still be using this when the weather warms and we can use the outdoor gas grill again....
