I don't have to sign a long term contract and be locked into a "plan" and I haven't ever had a call drop.  I have watched all my friends fight with their cell providers at one point or another. Either because of poor service, outrageous bills, or technical problems.  </p><p>Most of the people who I've talked to that have problems with Cricket have admitted that they may not have paid their bill on time.  Cricket is a business and they tell you the rules right up front.
