i bought this product thinking it could help with my daily viatim intake and also weight loss regiment. if you are eating small portins AVOID. I have taked this product at several different times of the day and through trial and error realized that you must eat a full meal to take a full pill. I have had many trips to the bathroom dry heaving from taking the entire pill before meals, after a snack, or in between meals. The key is to yake half in the morning with breakfast and half at night with dinner.

Anyone who likes asian food or steamed veggies should have this product. It involves little prep and is always consistant. The rice is soft and healthy. Better and less messy ten boiling, sauteeing, frying or baking veggies. Best of all pampered chef has a great product guarentee, so if it breaks just get a new one!

I am not big on matches lighters or fire, so this is perfect for me. you plug it in, spray some Pam, saeon some meat and vegitables wait 20 miunites and you have a delicious low fat meal! great invention. i have the mini george forman and this one.

I remeber getting the first nintendo, and this is a far cry form Mario brothers and Duck Hunt. This game system is fun and you don't have to worry about your kids getting fat and lazy. it is great for kids especially those in cities. great for adults since it can same some money on a gyme membership. belive it or not, this can get your heart pumping!

I have used the Direct TV DVR serive for over 2 years. I shopped around and feel that this is the best year. Since i renewed my contract when I moved, I continue to get my DVR service for free. The average monthly cost is about $65 for a decent package (including taxes, etc). I can watch my shows when it is comvenient for me. i don't know what i ever did without it!

I have used this product for years. I first started when my mother became an optometrist. I have also tried the no rub solutions, but this is the best by far. My eyes feel less irritated and the enzyme makes me feel as if th lenses actually got clean. i would reccomend this product. Ask your doctor for a sample before purchasing the kit. It isn't right for everyone!

I am from the east coast so whem i moved to the west coast, i was not familiar with Southwest. i have used them frequently for business and personal snce the move. they have great rates on 2 week advance purchase tickets. the rates vary by day prior to the 2 weeks. if you can try to book when there is a special-- sign up for newsletter and fare deals. Don't book for long flights! there are no movies or blankets!

I have dealt with several banks in my time and Wachovia is the one that i consistantly use for all of my checking and savings transactions. They have great customer service and product to assist the average American Joe. I moved to the West coast where there were far and few, so i tried a couple of others so i would have a local brach-- not impressed (primarily Washington mutual) Anytime I have had an issue, I have been treated eith respect and courtesy. 90% of the time my issue has been resolved. The 10% ,i think, was an overdraft that was my fault and i didn't get all of the credit back :(

I have used USAA products for a number of years. i am fortunate to qualify since one must have military relations in order to use. This company committs itself to customer service and propmt claims service. No hassle. Competitve rates, but even if they are a little high, the stress relief in dealing with issues and dividends make it worth while

I have tried the southbeach diet 3 times. Once for a wedding. i had to loose 15 pounds to fit into a dress. And two other times because summer was around the corner. It is much healthier than the atkins, but only a short term solution. If you don't change your eating habits and lower your carb intake for the long haul, you will gain the weight back plus some.
