austinmom76 says "Sweet pleasing fragrance" about Bath and Body Works Sweet Pea Body Splash

Everyone I know loves this scent! I have bought it as gifts for friends and family of all ages. Many like the sweet pleasing scent. It is not overly harsh and strong. For me, it is personally too sweet smelling since I prefer milder ocean fragrances. But it is perfect for the woman who wants to feel feminine without being overly floral....

austinmom76 says "Wodnerful for the gassy baby!!!" about Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Baby Bottle

We love these bottles! I have used Dr Brown's bottles with both of my children and they are wonderful. Although they are more expensive and have more parts to assemble, they are worth the cost! These bottles are a life saver if you have a gassy and fussy baby. Both my children were gassy babies and these limited the amount of gas introduced into their bellies. They clean well in the dishwasher and hold well over time. The bottles I used with my daughter 3 years ago are the same bottles I am using currently with my son except for new nipples. All my friends have only been given Dr Brown bottles from me and absolutely love them!...

austinmom76 says "Horrible!!!" about Luvs Diapers

Before my son was born, I purchased a package of Luyvs because I heard they were cheap, absorbant and comfortable. Well, once my son was born we tried the Luvs. They suck!!! They are cheap because they are cheaply made and have horribl,e absorbancy. I thought it was a oe time thing but every time I used them they leaked. With Pampers swaddler and Huggies Supreme, I have not experienced this. I will nto recommend Luvs to my friends even if they are cheaper. ...

austinmom76 says "Great for newborns and small infants!" about Pampers Swaddlers Diapers

I have used Pampers Swaddlers for my 5 month old son since birth. I love the softness and absorbancy! Swaddlers are easy to find at pretty much any store you shop at. And being a budget minded coupon user, I can find pretty good deals on Pampers products.

A few drawbacks:
I have only been able to find Swaddlers up to size 3. So if you have a big baby, you can only use these for a short time. I prefer Pampers Swaddlers to the Pampers Cruisers due to fit and leakage protection. After size 3, I will swicth to Huggies supreme.

Do contain perfumes and this can be bad if your child has sensitive skin.
...

austinmom76 says "Great wetness protection" about Desitin Diaper Rash Cream

Overall, I love Desitin! I have two children and have used Desitin since my first child's birth. As a preventative, it wards off diaper rash especially if used at night. As a treatment, it heals diaper rash quickly. Redness is visibly gone by the next diaper change.

My children have not yet had severe cases of diaper rash so I can't attest to its effectiveness against open sores. However, my children may not have had severe diaper rash because we use Desitin every night.

One drawback to this product is its greasiness. It has in the past left grease marks/stains on my clothes even if I try to immediately wipe it off and clean the area.
...
