auntkaka35 says "no pain no gain" about Tretin-x cream Tretin-X cream

Tretin-X is a prescription topical cream designed for the treatment of Acne or Blackheads. Unfortunately so many teens suffer from acne due to hormones, stress, etc. Most of the time it's manageale and can be treated with non-prescription medications, but sometimes it's so painful that you just need a little extra help. my daughter is no exception to the rule and is no stranger to acne, still it's not too bad and seems to be under control on her face. Her ears is another story. Yep, her ears. I have never seen this before & have brought her to several different doctors for treatment, and the all suggested this cream, which in a way is a chemical peel. Sound scary, espicially since she is my child, so I decided to go to the dermatoligist. He told me it is not uncommon to have blackheads in the ears, it's becuse her oil glands are five times the size of the average person. Good news is it's in her ears, not her face. Doesn't make it less painful though. He also prescribed this cream,...
...

auntkaka35 says "beauty is in the eye of the beholder give them something to talk" about As Seen on TV Smooth Away

I saw this Smooth Away product on Television and had to try it, but could not find it anywhere. I searched everywhere and after about a month I found them in Bed Bath & Beyond, so i bought two packages. I tried it as soon as I got home. It kind of is like a sander for skin. it takes a little while before you start to see the hair vanish, but it really does work and it really does remove the hair with no pain or razor burn in addition to exfoliating you skin. It does take some time as it is not a quick process, but once the hair is removed, it did not row back for a full three weeks. The package includes five large and five small replacement pads along with the initial large applicator and one small applicator, but I found I was able to reuse one pad two times, so I actually got ten uses from one box. The small applicator they give you is hard to use since it keeps slipping off my finger, so I did not think this worked too well for me, but I espicially liked uing the large pads. ...
...

auntkaka35 says "no pain no gain" about parissa wax strips

These wax strips by parissa are supposed to be quick and easy for the face and bikini area, however I did not find them too easy to use. I was expecting actual wax strips but what I found when I opend the box was a block of wax encased between only two strips. Your supposed to separte the two strips and warm them in your hands before applying to your skin. then you take one of the strips and press it firmly on your skin and rip it off quickly in the opposite direction. The same strip is supposed t be used more than one time. Here's the problem, I only found that each strip only was good about 4 times, so it's OK to use on underarms, possibly the bikini area or upper lip where there is usually not too much hair to remove, but definately not good for the legs where you need more. Luckily I started with the underarms so I didn't have to worry about not having enough to complete the job. That being said, it didn't work properly the first time so I did have to do it several times in order...
...

I know this has been on the market for quite some time, but finally decided to give it a try. I didn't really think it was going to work, but to my surprise it worked great and right away as well. And it was so easy to use, just rinse like mothwash. I didn't have to wait fornweeks or months, I noticed the difference right away, and so did my friends and family. My teeth feel so clean and it even freshens your breath. Now here's the neat thing, I saved my daughter's baby teeth and I guess with storiage they turned yellow, so I came up with an idea to soak the teeth in the whightening liquid overnight to see what would happen. When I checked them the next day they were so shinny and white that I kind of felt like I cheeted a little, but they are preserved and now they look like little pearls. Now I know why they refer to teeth as pearly whites. So now I use the whitening mouth rinse every night after I brush my teeth and when I want an extra boost for a special event. I have...
...

I originally bought this for my husband who suffers from cronic back problems, but I find I'm the one who uses it the most. I use it for everything from muscle cramps, monthly cramps, stress, tension, you name it I use it. I love the heating massage, it's so relaxing I even fell asleep while using it one tme. At first it was extremely hard to adjust it to just the right position, but once you use it often enough you get used to adjusting it to the way you like it. I even use it on my tummy for monthly women's issues. Now just because I love it so much doesn't mean my husband and daughter don't. I even caught my goofy teenager using it on her head to relieve a tension headache. My husband likes it on his feet as he says it works better for him than a foot massage. I also like the velvety soft feeling t it. it just feels so comfortable. This is one of the best gifts I bought my husband as i get to use it too...ha, ha. I wish it was cordless as the plug sometimes get in...
...

Cabela's is advertized as a Hunting & Fishing store, but they are so much more than that. I was curious to see what this store was because their was so much gossip about it in our little town for over a year. Some didn't want it, but most people did as we knew it was a very large chain and it would bring people into our little town. Besides change is good. I never thought I would ever go there except maybe at grand openin to see what they hype was all about, so I waited patiently until it opened. i watched our beautiful mountain being transformed into a business, still I kept an open mind as I knew this is what our town needed to survive. Opening day came & I gathered my family to see this transformation. When we pulled into the parking lot I was amazed to see just how big it was. This of course was to accommodate truckers and campers and they even have a stable for horses, after all we are right near amish country & they made sure to accommodate everyone.

Fresh Step kitty litter is the best litter I have used by far. I get the multiple cat litter and find it works wonderful. When you walk into my house you would never know I own even one cat and I have two. I love the fresh scent this has and I'm sure my cats do as well. I have tried other brands and my one cat in particular avoids this one box when I am not using Fresh Step (I keep two different litter boxes upstairs and one in the basement). I notice he will only use the litter boxes with the Fresh Step for whatever reason. Maybe he likes the smell better, or it could be the texure he feels on his pads that he likes better. Although he talks to me (he is Siamese after all), I don't quite understand everything he is telling me so I'll never know for sure his exact reason for not liking the other brands, but I do know it's just way too hard to buy 10 different brands, so now I just use the Fresh Step. I guess it's always best to just stick with wat works. Now my other cat...
...

auntkaka35 says "live life to the fullest as you never know when it might end" about Celebrity Cruises - Millennium Alaska

I took this Alaskan cruise abord the Celebrity Millennium last summer and extended it with the 4 day tour of Alaska land. It was a little expensive at first glance, but when you consider that all onboard activity is included (which believe me is a lot), not to mention all of your food for the entire length of your stay, then it is definately worth it. We took the Disney Cruise first a few years ago, which was probably a bad thing for us to do, because we felt as though it was definately not up to Disney standards. I feel as though Disney went out of their way to accommodate me being handicapped and all, but Celebrity did not really go ou of their way to help too much. Not saying this was a bad cruise or anything, because it was definately fun & the cruise directors tried their best. I booke an excursion online and called to make sure it was handicapped accessible, which they assured me it was, but when the cruise ship docked in the port of call I was told I would not be allowed...
...

auntkaka35 says "Be good to yoursef because you only get one life to do it" about Apple - 8GB iPod Nano Chromatics

I Love this little IPOD Nano (3rd Generation), Fits nicely in you hand, is so small it fits anywhere. It really hold so much music & videos it really is unbelievale. I also love the fact there are so many colors to choose from and the battery really lasts a very long time. I also like the fact that there are so many rechargers on the market, so you can extend the life of this unit while traveling. Just remember to bring a wall charger with you so you can recharge for the way home. Only thing I don't like, or rather find hard at times is the small screen. Not usually a problem unless you have to read sub-titles. It can be a challange when playing one of the downloaded games such as a card game. The touch wheel is OK, but sometimes I feel like I have to fight with it to stay on the item I want. Overall though it is wnderful for keeping kids busy on car rides or standing in long lines. I actually found a hard case that the Nano fits into and can be carried around the neck,...
...

I bought this IPOD Touch as a replacement to my bulky portable DVD player. Although it is light weight, when traveling it is too much to carry along wit DVD's etc. I travel often to visit friends & family & am sometimes in the airports for very long periods at a time, so I wanted something very light weight with no bulky extras. This was perfect! I Love it so much & really like the fact that i can touch the screen just with my finger which means no stylis pen to loose. Well to my surprise it even has wiifi and & was able to get internet access from the airports, how cool is that? And for what you are getting here, the price is also very good & definately compatable. Only one complaint, I bought the 8GB, which I actually found out is not enough for me as some of my flights are over 32 hrs....luckily these flights offer movies so it's not too bad, but for me I should have at least splurged for the 16GB. Overall I rate it 100%, would definately buy another one.
...

A great Place to visit with so many things to do. Adelaide is located in the Southern part of Australia. I think it's Australia's best keep secret. Some of the finest wines are created in the hills of Adelaide Barossa Valley & there are many tours that can be taken. Want a relaxing day, then go to the Botanic gardens. Adelaide is probably best know for Kangaroo Island. Once you arrive in Adelaide you have to take a small plane or a ferry to get to this island, but here you will see an abundance of wildlife from the famous Kangaroo & Wallabies, to harbor seals & other marine wildlife. You can go Whale watching if you like, or just sit on one of the many beaches Adelaide has to offer, not only on Kangaroo Island, but all throughout Adelaide . Adelaide is also know for Cleland Conservation National Park. Here you can pet kangaroo's and Wallabee's, and you can hold a Kola for a small fee of $15, a great souvenir. Adelaide's best kept secret is The Gorge Wildlife Park. It's...
...

I do not wear makeup often as my husband likes the natural look more, and I hate the work needed just to apply make up. My girlfriend recommended this make up & now I will not use anything else. It is so easy to apply & when it is applied it feels so natural I forget I even have any make up on. It's also good for your skin, so if you forget to remove it & sleep with it on, it will not damage your skin. Its a little expensive at first, but in retrospect you use such a little amount of it that it lasts such a long time. I'm actually lucky enough that I do not have to use make up every day, so for me it really lasts a long time. Sometimes I just apply the foundation or the mineral veil just to give my skin a glow to it, or if I'm out in the sun because it has a sunscreen in it & I prefer this to sticky slimy sun blocks that burn when they run into your eyes. When I don't use the blushes my husband doesn't even realize I'm wearing make up & always comments on how nice I look......

Both my cats Love all of the Gourmet Fancy Feast cat foods.....they can't get enough of them. Thankfully you can now get them in boxes, which saves a little bit of money since each can is aprox. $ .90, which is a little pricey espicially when you have two cats. I usually buy a few cases of the gourmet food along with a few cases of the regular Fancy Feast variety. I ration the Gourmet foods to weekends & Holidays so they know they are special too, and the regular variety for during the week. I do this so that not only are they getting a variety, but also so I am not mixing different brand cat foods. My cats are very fussy & really don't like other brands anyway. My Vet approves of this brand & since they Love it, that's good enough for me. Plus have you seen the Gourmet food? Oh boy it looks and smells so good....well, maybe not the fish, but I'm not a fan of fish to begin with. ...
