auntjuju28 says "The Soup Diet is not for me!" about The Soup Diet

I am an obese woman who has probably tried every diet you can imagine. The Soup Diet was one of the worst! It seems like a good idea and it does work, but it was impossible for me to stick with for more than 10 days. The soup they had me make was great the first time I ate it. By the 3rd day just the smell of it literally made me sick to my stomach. I was starving myself because I didn't want to have to eat the soup! It was awful. The soup diet does let you enjoy a few fruits and vegetables and even on certain days some rice and some meat. But, just having to eat that soup every day was making me so sick to my stomach that I really couldn't eat much of anything else either! After 11 days I ended up losing 9 pounds. Sounds great, but I couldn't take it anymore and never tried it again. I am now on Weight Watchers and loving every minute of it! It's been slow weight loss but definitely something that is do-able for a lifetime! No more Soup Diet for this gal!...

auntjuju28 says "They treat you like one of their family!" about American Family Insurance

I have been a client of American Family Insurance since 1993. I have insured many vehicles through them and have always been satisfied with the great customer service they provide. Anytime I have had a question, I am always treated with respect, and there is never anything that they are not willing to answer or find out the answer to for me. They know me by name and face and even remember my kids' names and my husband's name when we meet. My agent and his staff are all very courteous and friendly. Anytime I call there they always greet me as if I were a member of their family, no matter who answers the phone. Anytime I have had an issue or had to file a claim, they have been right there to help me with whatever it is I need and they are very thorough in explaining just exactly what it is I need to do or what will be happening with my policies! I would never change insurance companies! I would recommend that anyone check this company out if they want a great company with competitive......

auntjuju28 says "Prozac (fluoxetine) changed my life!" about Fluoxetine Prozac

My mother died in 2005. I was very depressed afterwards and really didn't feel like doing much of anything. It took me a long time to get the courage up to go to the doctor and talk to him about it. He suggested putting me on a low dosage of Prozac (fluoxetine). It completely changed my life. I take it once a day, just 20 milligrams. I take it along with 100 milligrams of Wellbutrin (bupropion). It is a lifesaver for me. My depression has gone away. I am less anxious and upset at the "small things" in life. I can actually get up and moving every morning and enjoy doing things with my children and husband. Prozac (fluoxetine) may not be the answer for everyone, but I have certainly benefitted from it. I have actually been less irritable, more able to handle stressful situations, and overall just feeling more like my "old self" again. To feel "normal" again has certainly been a blessing, not only to me, but to my whole family!
...
