      <description>I purchased a new car within the past year. My, at then, insurance company offered a rate that was very high. I researched with a local agent and then signed me up with Progressive. The rate quoted was lower than what Progressive charged for my first 6 months. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Within that 6 months, my car was involved in a minor accident. As I was close to a body shop I was comfortable using, I pulled into their lot. The agent I spoke with tried to convince me that I should let their body shop do the work. I managed to get them to approve the shop I chose. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;According to the commercials, they make it easy for you to get your car back from them. This was not the case for me. When I have had insurance work done in the past, I picked the car up at the place where I had left it. This was not the case with Progressive. Their advertising makes it look like they will bring your car to you. This was also not the case. When they informed me my car was ready, I was told I had to drive to their location to get my car...... </description>
