It's a nice machine, very smart looking. It has features that are very helpful especially for the first-time userof Windows Vista. We were afraid that it wasn't working as it should.. only to find out that a minor purchase of extra memory card (less than $50) made all the difference. ( there was already a slot for the extra memory card).  I've wondered how many were discarded only because the owner wasn't aware that there was another empty slot for memory card! The manufactorer seemed to not make this known.  </p>... It's just amazing what all this thing finds to pick up!  With pets indoors, shedding hair doesn't have a chance...  you can even vacuum the dogs!  ( not brave enough to try it on the CAT, tho!)</p><p>Once grit or dirt or hair hit the water.. it's there!  it's almost embarrassing what comes from just the usual cleaning.. I love the attachments used to vacuum carpeting..  since I have no carpet, we use it for spring cleaning the mattresses on the beds..  This was the best investment in cleaning in all my life... </p><p>I do wish there were a smaller, lighter version that cleans as well...  but I'll bet that's in the making, already..</p>...
