ashreec says "hope i never have to see this movie again" about Transformers

I have not had any experience with transformers prior to this movie. I was so disappointed after I watched this. I didn't really get into the movie and felt the plot was mindless, derivitive and predictable. It was supposed to be an action film but I laughed at most of the movie and wondered what the appeal was. I wish I could pin it down to certain parts to better explain my point but the whole movie felt stupid and silly. It was just so predictable. I knew what was going to happen and I never read, seen or knew anything about a transformer prior to the movie.
...

ashreec says "i love my elliptical machine" about Proform 925 Spacesaver Elliptical Machine

I have been using elliptical machines for almost six years now, since I had knee surgery senior year in high school. I have lost over 80 pounds using these machines. I can't use treadmills because of the stress on my knees but these are painless in the joints. I love that they are so easy to use. You just hope on and go. They are quiet, I can even use mine while my husband is asleep and it doesn't wake him up. The different programs and resistance levels make it great for any fitness level. I would recommend it to anyone.
...

ashreec says "better than i thought it would be" about Evan Almighty

I did not even want to watch this movie when my husband first mentioned it. I am not a fan of the main character. I did not like Bruce Almighty and I was expecting this to be just another way for Hollywood and the media to make fun of Christianity, yet again. I was surprised, I will not say pleasantly, because it wasn't that good, but it was better than I thought it would be. I would recommend it to families with kids because believe it or not there was no profanity or nudity in this movie. I do not plan to watch it again but it was fairly good the first time.
...

ashreec says "a very good mp3 player" about SanDisk - Sansa e260 MP3 Player

I bought this one after looking for quite some time for a good mp3 player. I had my previous one for over 3 years and although I loved it, it was time for it to be retired. I am very picky when it comes to mp3 players. They have to be attractive, reasonably priced and come with a memory card slot so I can expand the storage. That is why it took me so long to find a new one, not many mp3s come with expandable storage anymore. I know that I will probably never use up the 4 gigs but it is nice to have the option to expand if I need to. I like that it is small and lightweight so it doesnt weigh me down when I am exercising with it. Some players with the same amount of storage that I looked at were so heavy they could take the place of weights. I like the recorder and the radio player even though most of my favorite stations do not come in well at all but I guess that can be expected when there is no external antenna and you live in the mountains.
...

ashreec says "love this book" about Donald McCaig - Rhett Butler's People

I love Gone With the Wind and was really excited when I heard this book was going to be published. The premise of this book is to give the reader a more detailed look at Rhett Butler's life and relationships. I wanted to know more about Rhett Butler because not much is told about him in the book. This paints a more human picture of him. It shows that he was more than a blockade runner or an unacceptable person. This shows that he was a loving, caring person who often did things for other people in ways they didn't even realize. Another thing this book did was to show more about Belle Watling, the hooker or whatever that Rhett spent a lot of time with. It showed that she was a decent person who just got caught in a bad situation of having a baby and being unmarried. There were only two things that I did not like about the book. The storyline would be going very well and then would be interrupted by a couple of chapters of Civil War descriptions. I like Civil War history but it was not inserted...
...

ashreec says "One of the best books I was forced to read" about Poisonwood Bible

I first read this book for one of my college courses a few years ago. It was on the syllabus and I wasn't really looking forward to reading it because the title didn't grab me and I have never read a book that was set in Africa that I liked. Anyhoo, I had to read the book and I ended up loving it. I was drawn to the characters and actually felt like I developed feelings for them. I couldn't have been more happy when the father met his fate at the end and was terribly sad over what happened to one of the girls. The book is excellently written and the reader will be drawn into the plot and the characters lives and will feel connected to them.
...
