I received a free Bounce Dryer Bar from work and will never go back to dryer sheets! I either forget to put dryer sheets in or add too many and waste them. I also seem to have them all over my place after a day of doing laundry so the idea of not having to deal with them anymore made me very happy.

I simply made sure that I had the bar stuck on securely before my first load and have had no issues with the bar coming off at all. It leaves my clothes smelling great and there is no static issues.

The Bounce Dryer Bar is a time saver, money saver, and it is even better for the planet!

I love Oil of Olay products, especially Oil of Olay Age-Defying Anti-Wrinkle Replenishing Night Cream. For years I have used expensive brands such as Bobbi Brown and La Mer and my skin never looked better. As I have gotten older and have things like a mortgage and bills to worry about I no longer wanted to be paying upwards of $100 for a face lotion that would have to be replaced in a couple of months. I have tried everything from Nutergena to Aveeno and I have finally stopped my search!

I use Oil of Olay Age-Defying Anti-Wrinkle Replenishing Night Cream every night and my skin has finally been as soft as it used to be using the other expensive products. I love it so much when I ran out of the day cream I just used the night cream in the morning as well! It is light weight and has a very pleasant scent and works great in combination with any Olay face cleaner. My skin tends to be very dry all year long and this cream is perfect because it replenishes my skin and leaves it feeling...

My husband and I adopted a dog from a rescue shelter a few weeks ago. His name is Rowdy and he is a 13 week old yellow lab chow mix puppy. My husband works from home so we are lucky to have someone with our puppy during the day.

We had planned on researching dog daycare in the city eventually but my husband was called to sit on a jury and we needed to find something fast. Our trainer Jeff Millman suggested Tucker Pup's Dog Activity Center because he knows the trainer there so we thought it was worth a look.

My husband and I went on a Tuesday night after work and after touring the facility and asking tons of questions we decided we wanted to give it a try. Even with a wait list they offered to help us out since we were in a bind and I cannot tell you how happy I am! We started the next day and Rowdy LOVES it! We were told he plays about half the day and rest for the other half and he is a "very confident and brave" little guy (I think that is a nice way of saying that our little...

The grocery store for some reason or antoher has always been the one place that can have my husband and I in fight before we get to out the door. Living in the city grocery shopping in never easy because parking is a pain, mosto f the people who work there hate their job and are not helpful, and the store will be out of food. Seriously, how can a grocery store be out of chicken. The worst part would be when we would check out we would end up sepdngin way more than plan.

We started using Peapod in the beginning of the year because of the weather and will continue to use it from here on out. It is great! It takes me only 20 minutes once a week to logon and shop. I am able to sort by price so I can make sure I am getting the best deal and now you can also look things up by nutrition value. With a click of the mouse I am done and our groceries are delivered to us and carried up to our second floor condo the next day.

Peapod has saved us a lot of money so far and also a lot of headaches!......

The Saucony Grid Fastwitch 3 running shoe is my new best friend when it comes to running. This shoe is the perfect for the 5Ks I run during the summer and for the outdoor workouts I do year long. The air-mesh upper part of the shoe has a supportive overlay that creates a lightweight and breathable shoe. The advanced EVA blend maximizes rebound and durability which helps reduce the abuse my feet get from running on pavement and concrete. Even better is that the color combination is awesome and I will admit it helps motivate me to put them on and to get outside and run!

Another plus is that you can wear these when you bring your workout inside to the gym so it gets rid of the need for two pairs of workout shoes.

I was told by the sales associate at Running Away Multisport where I purchased the shoe that I may need to replace these sooner than I did my last pair but I had those babies for over two years which is about a year and half too long!

Overall I love this shoe!

For the past four months I have been talking about how badly I needed to buy new running shoes. I hadn't bought a new pair in over 2 years and was more than due.

My sister had mentioned to me that since I had started to run 5ks I should really go to a place that specialized in running shoes and have them fit me for the perfect shoe. After a a few breaks in the awful Chicago weather I was able to go running again outside and was convinced my old shoes had to go.

I had walked by Running Away Multisport many times so I decided to check it out one day after work. I am so glad I did! The woman who helped me was great and not pushy by any means. She had me first run in a neutral shoe on a treadmill so she could see how my feet hit the ground. She then showed me which shoes she recommended and started by pulling two shoes with the same structure and cushion but were different enough that based on which one I liked she would know how to go forward.

I think I tried on about 8 pairs......

I started taking yoga classes last summer and in the beginning of this year I really started to get serious about my yoga practice. I took a six week intro course and classes at my gym regularly and decided that I would much rather prefer to be putting my bare hands and feet on my own mat other than a mat that many other people have been sweating on.

Most of the mats I found and liked on-line or through yoga catalogs tended to be on the expensive side but I did find affordable ones on Gaiam.com. I found a few I liked and placed them in my shopping bag and kinda forgot about it. One day when I was on random shopping trip to Target I found one of the mats there and it was cheap and I wouldn't have to worry about waiting for it to ship so on a whim I bought it, and I love it!

It is light weight so I can bring it with me to and from the gym and not only use it at home, I do not slide around on it and really can stick in my poses, and I think it is a very soothing color with a nice creative......

I love Sushi! The only problem I run into is that my husband is not a fan so I am typically eating sushi as carry out and delivery. The rolls arrive as fresh as they are if you are lucky enough to have them at the restaurant. Coast is a great dinning experience either at home or there. When I do actually get to the restaurant I love to go with girlfriends and share rolls and a bottle of wine. It is byob but no corkage fee so it actually makes going out for a sushi dinner affordable....

After doing a lot of research I went to see Blue at Trio in Wicker Park. I had my hair colored three times in the past 2 months and each time the result was worse than the time before. I finally gave in and decided to try a new salon. Blue not only was able to give me the color I wanted but he did so with actually having my hair leave in better condition than what it was when I came in. He did an awesome job and I have already booked my second appointment with him. It is a bit pricey but it was worth it.

Joe's is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. I love the fresh seafood, the staff and that my husband finds their steak to be one of the best in the city. He doesn't like seafood so it great to have a place we can both go and indulge on the food we love....
