I faxed all the documents they needed to transfer my assets from another brokerage. (electronic transfer n/a in my case, it had to be done by mail). So 9 DAYS LATER on March 31st they finally mailed my documents out. Now instead of using overnight delivery, they used the cheapest shipping method and it took another 9 DAYS for my documents to arrive at my old brokerage.
