I find its reception to be very clear and the range is very good,  You can screen your calls or hear the messages left on your answering system right through your handset.  I frequently use the speakerphone on the handset and its very clear . friends and family couldnt tell I was using the speaker feature. It was very easy to transfer the phonebook from one handset to another, took less than a minute.  With the newest Dect 6.0 technology on the Panasonic it does not interfere with my wireless router, which was also another reason why I chose this phone.  It was very easy to setup.
