I can watch TV. I can read a book, I can even ride my bike and chew gum at the same time. I do enjoy going bike riding outdoors, like at the beach. But, now I can just dream of vacationing while riding at home. It's a lot healthier too, you don't have to worry about being run over. I like that you can set it in different speeds and ramps. But, then I started to get bloated especially when I drank the shakes and ate the bars. Once I stopped, the bloating diminished, but I was still the same weight. Plus, the Slim shakes taste terrible, I had to hold my breath to drink it. The bars tasted really good, but they always had a funky after taste. Maybe it's just me, but I had no luck with Slim Fast. Weight Watchers and Special K, I had all good weight loss. It's keeping it off is the hardest part....
