However the first week i had a lot of side effects but also take prescription meds, so I continued.  Now I am in the second week and have hardly no side effects and increased energy and my mood has been awesome.  I think this is worth the initial side effects.  I am also starting to notice my clothes are fitting much better in only 2 weeks...
