andimarie says "Love my Dish" about Dish network

We love the clear picture that Dish offers. There are a great variety of channels available, but I would like to be able to create a custom package.

We originally got Dish Network last winter when the leaves were off. The tech who installed the equipment said our trees wouldn't be in the way for satellite service, only for local channels. When the leaves came out, our signal was blocked.

We had a contract for a year, but couldn't get service without cutting our trees. Although I had to talk to a rep for about an hour or two, they finally agreed to let us out of the contract free and clear since their tech had said that the trees wouldn't be in the way when it was installed.

Since we only have service around six months a year, we bought the equipment. Buying the equipment allows you to cancel at any time, without fees. Then you can reactivate with no additional fees. But you do have to pay for two months' service on your first bill.
...

andimarie says "Saving money on car and home insurance" about Progressive

When I married, my husband was with Nationwide. So I joined him. But when we bought our new house, our premiums were becoming too expensive, so I decided to check with my previous agent.

She offered me Progressive Insurance with a savings of around $1,000 a year! That cut my premium in half. And she said I could save even more on my car insurance if I added my homeowners insurance. She cut my homeowners in half, too, which made my house payment lower.

I work at a car dealership that has a body shop. Our manager says that sometimes Progressive is a little more difficult for him to work with, but we have preferred shop status with them.

I can't believe how much we've saved with Progressive.
...

andimarie says "A lot of bang for your buck." about Canon PowerShot A560 Digital Camera

This is a pretty inexpensive camera as far as digital cameras go. There are a lot of features on this camera and it fits snugly in my purse.

You can use the view screen or a traditional camera viewfinder to locate your target. The lens allows you to zoom in on what you want to photograph.

The camera has internal memory, as well as the included removable memory chip. This allows you to take the chip to a store like Walmart and have the photos printed.

The most important thing about this camera is that it takes good photos.
...

andimarie says "Greatest coverage area I've seen." about AT&T

AT&T/Cingular has great overall coverage of the country and some of the world. However, coverage in my rural area is spotty.

Having service when going on vacation is a big plus. I like that I can use my cell phone and don't get charged roaming fees when out of my local area.

The rollover minutes allows me to save my minutes to use at times when I want to call a lot of people in one month like December for giving Christmas wishes. Mobile to mobile minutes allows me to talk with family members also on AT&T/Cingular for free.
...
