Throw out the fork and get ready to cheer your heart out for your teams knight. This is a very interactive experience, you form friendships with total strangers on your team and create enemy's with the folks of the other teams, but its all in good fun. It doesn't matter if you are old or young, this show will definately put a smile on your face. You might even leave with a new desire to become a knight.... Most of the songs are awesome to play and you can adjust how hard you want the song to be. The only problem that I have with it is after playing for a while, especially playing the drums, I get a bit dissy from the colours moving around so fast. But, that gives you some time to refresh and rehydrate, and also give your leg a rest from hitting the foot peddle. all in all, its an awesome game to have where everyone can take part and have fun.... It has challanged me in ways I have never been challanged physically before. Saying that, how can anyone expect results if you don't get a bit of a challange. Not only does it help you loose weight and build muscle, but it also helps you become more flexible. I have never been able to move my body like I can now. The only thing that I struggle with is the diet that they give you to follow. It contains a lot of fish, which obviously is good for you, but if you are stubborn like me your not going to eat it anyway. I do like the concept of the diet with the excersice but for me, I have to look for a diet that I can actually stomach. However, lots of people love fish and that becomes an added perk to this fitness program. Overall, I definately recommend this program and was very happy when I started seeing results after the first week....
