I would rather pay for a little prevention than to let my daughter suffer from a diaper rash and this works great! Its easy to wipe off, but stays on well enough to prevent the diaper rash and a little does go a long way! I've tried other diaper rash creams and I use to prevent and Ally has actually got a diaper rash from not previously having one from Johnson's, A&D, Equate, and a lot of others, nut then again Ally has sensitive skin. I wasn't even planning it, I had gotten sick with the stomach virus and the doctor told me I had to "pump and dump" my breast milk. My husband went out and literally bought one of each kind of bottle from Wal-Mart to see which one Ally would take. It took him 7 hours of fighting and 12 bottles later to get Ally to feed out of the Evenflo Elan, I believe it was because the base of the nipple is big and it also has these little bumpy things like a real nipple does. It didn't make her spit up so much, or have gas as bad. Similac advanced also has added DHA and ARA. I wasn't sure I wanted to use it until Ally started to be colicy. I was so tired and she wouldn't sleep unless I was rocking her. My husband suggested that we try it and it worked like a charm! I've tried Huggies, White Cloud, and Luvs and the best I've seen and tried on my daughter is Pampers. Pampers may cost a little more  but the pros makes up or the difference. I have had only one diaper leak while using Pampers, and that's because it was a long drive with an uncommon  dirty diaper on a sleepy baby! But with the other diapers we tried, it was like everyother one was leaky, or  didn't fit her right....
