alisha11 says "I felt the burn!" about As Seen On TV AirClimber Deluxe System

The Air Climber Deluxe isn't terrible but it's a tad on the loud side. It got my heart rate up, made me sweat, and wow could I feel it in my legs! The more I used it the more definition I got but it mainly came in my calves and not as much in my thighs as I would have liked. All in all going up and down stairs would do the same but with this I can watch t.v. at the same time. It sounds lazy but if I watched tv I actually excersised longer.
...

alisha11 says "If I were a size two, maybe it would have worked." about AB Lounge 2 Abdominal Excerciser

The Ab Lounge 2, looked great I finally thought I could get great abs, once again if it's too good to be true it usually is. It's quite easy to perform the overall excersise but it seems too simple. This contraption didn't seem to even work my abdominal mucles. It also only works one muscle group. Honestly, save yourself the money and do crunches or situps the old fashioned way....

alisha11 says "Taking a walk is cheaper and achieves the same results" about Tony Little Gazelle

I bought this "Tony Little Gazelle" and was so excited to try it out, but between Tony Little (who seems to have a little too much pep) and the fact that I could take a walk and ultimately achieve the same thing. It's a good machine but I could run on a treadmill, or take a walk outside(the cheapest option). I buy many pieces of excersise equipment but this one is the least of my favorites. This machine may be collapsable and has that going for it but it's overall frame is still much too big to really fit anywhere. I also didn't feel like I could get my heart rate up, so I guess if your looking for a less intense work out you could buy the Gazelle, but like I said going for a walk may be your better option....
