ali007 says "I'm BUSHED" about Biggest Loser Cardio Max

WOW! I would have thought the biggest loser videos would only be for beginners. I am a triathlete who is in pretty good condition, but I have to say, this tape beat me up a little. the constant movement and strength moves are really incredible. bob is fantastic at motivating you to push forward. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun just doing a video and keeping myself moving. You can, as always, up the pace or down the pace depending on your level. I did not have to up my pace more than they were though. all in all, I give this workout an enthusiatic THUMBS UP. Now stop reading this and go burn some calories.
...

ali007 says "TOUGH" about Tae Bo - Instructional

Billy Blanks workouts are tough. You put your muscles through motions that really burn calories and build strength. the biggest issue with these workouts is that the man can't count. he does more reps on one side than the other fairly often. He holds counts longer on one side as well. i find that if you do your own counts, while still following the workout, you are better off. After you do it once or twice, you know when the longer counts are so you simply modify the other side. All in all, the workouts are really intense, but you just have to watch for the miscues and the mis-counts. Happy Fat Burning!!!
...

ali007 says "This is fabulous. I mean FANTASTIC!" about Lifecore Fitness LC-985 VG

This is the BEST machineI have purchased yet. I am small framed at 5'2 1/2" and 100LBS, so usually most machines take my size easily. however i am a workout MACHINE and this one took my beating and is still in fantastic shape. Plus it is easy to use and a ton of fun. My husband, who does not work out with any regularity, also enjoys it and has used it at least twice a week for 2 months! I highly recommend it for strength, size, and efficiency. Plus, the warranty is great.
...

ali007 says "Intense workout with the right inspiration" about Life Fitness Lifecycle 9500 HR

This bike is fantastic. You pay a little more for it, but it is worth every cent. The gears are strong and the programs a pleantiful.. You can watch a video and go manual, or follow a program straight through. Over a life time, you are saving yourself a trmendous amount of money. Instead of renting a Gym, you are accumulating one wit the same equipment. They are also great at customer service with any problems you may have. The only downfall is that the programs have limited times, but this wway you can do several and vary your workout.
...

ali007 says "Fun and a bit addictive" about Nintendo Wii Fit

The Wii Fit game is great. It is not meant to replace aerobic/weight training, but does give yousome great balance moves and floor work. It is also a great way of telling if you are overtraining certain parts of your body. I recommend it as a supplement to 3-4 days a week of more intnse work. It is a lot of fun, however and that is great for those who are new to execrcise. It also keeps you moving. I HIGHLY recommend it.
...
