The company has online and telephone service and easy handles people in the US Military and authorized members. I found the rates for home-renters-auto-life all very well priced at the lower end of the scale. House claims however are very easy to file but they shift the burden to the claimer. Police reports, estimates, and even proof of ownership is asked when making a claim. It is often hard to show a picture or come up with a receipt from a past purchase after a fire, flood, or if it was stolen. USAA should warn new insurers of this requirement. I was very unhappy with home owners insurance. — The auto insurance was however very quick to reply to any claim with follow calls. The rates however are low unless they see a claim or credit risk and instead of slowly raising the rates, they jump the rates drasticly to force you to another company or pay astronomical prices.
