a90shippie says "A bit disappointed with my Yaris" about Toyota Yaris - 2007

I've had my Yaris (4 door sedan AT) for about 2 months now. I use to have a Town & Country, so I realize there is a huge difference in comfort. Also, I guess my expectations of Toyota were much too high because I am not happy with the value. We lease the car and the payments aren't cheap. I regret not taking more time to shop around. Anyway, I am disappointed with a few cosmetic things, the handling and the gas mileage. I do drive mostly highway and am getting less than 30 mpg. I drive the speed limit so it's not my driving. I also feel like it sways too much on the highway. I thought there might be something wrong with it and brought it in for service, but I don't think they even tried to find the problem. The stereo speakers rattle and vibrate sometimes and again the service people said they couldn't duplicate the problem. The stereo screen is hard to see also, there always seems to be a glare. The cupholder is a pain, it blocks the air vent and doesn't hold the cup or bottle upright......

a90shippie says "Least expensive auto insurance for me" about Geico

I was insured with Travelers for over ten years until they switched to local representatives, which, ironically was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've only had Geico for a few years now and have had no accidents so i don't know how there claim service is. But i shopped around and Geico was by far the least expensive. I have an online account that helps me do almost any transaction I need. I'm happy with them....

a90shippie says "It is like a fascinating puzzle" about Lost

To me it is like a thousand piece jigsaw puzzle. I am constantly trying to figure out how each piece of information fits together. You really have to have a good memory. I've been renting the older episodes and you'd be surprised how much that helps....and it's fun too.

I would recommend this show to anyone who loves clever thought provoking TV.
...

a90shippie says "Accessories are too expensive" about Konica Minolta Magicolor 5570

As with most top name Laser printers the quality is great and in 6 months we haven't had any problems with it, BUT we have shelled out more for the toner cartridges in 6 months than the printer cost. Very disappointed that Konica Minolta has set it up this way....

a90shippie says "Makes it easier, but not a miracle drug" about CHANTIX

I've been taking Chantix for almost 2 weeks and it does help. I've quit before...once for two years and most recently for ten years. I know ...I'm an idiot. But I remember how difficult it was before and this seems a lot different. The medication doesn't throw your cigarettes away and stop you from smoking, but it makes it significantly easier. I did have nausea for the first week and I still have trouble sleeping ( I just take the Chantix right after dinner and then a sleeping pill about an hour before bed and that helps). I know people are scared about the long term effects, but look at the long term effects of smoking. I really dont think smoking is an option anymore. We know too much about the consequences to pretend it's okay. I applaud any tool that can help someone quit.

...
