Wondermima says "Solid, but not the best." about Lindt & Sprungli Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa

This was good, but not great. I had high expectation from Lindt. We are avid chocolate lovers, and I esp enjoy dark, but the flavor on this just wasn't great. Its still a soild pick, but not the...

These chocolates are incredible. The price isn't bad either. For about $3 you can get an assortment of milk chocolate, dark and white. They are super smooth and just melt in your mouth. Perfect for your 'one a day' hit of healthy dark...

Wondermima says "Bring on a fresh layer!" about Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle

I was recommended this product by a good friend. I saw her skin go from dark in spots and somewhat ruddy looking to smooth and fresh and youthful. I asked what she did and this was one of the products she highly recommended. I have not been disapointed. It definitely does stink for about 10 minutes when you first put it on, but the effects are softer and more youthful skin with regular use. I cannot use it as much as the package indicates because I have very sensitive skin, but even with lessened use I have seen its...

Wondermima says "Draws you in with whit, humor and accuracy." about Pride and Prejudice (Mini-Series)

The BBC mini series is the best adaptation yet of Jane Austens "Pride and Prejudice". The script is so close to the book that nothing is lost in this delightful 5 hour miniseries. If you have a problem with the English from the time, read the book first slowly, then watch the mini series to better follow the dialogue. The central character 'Elizabeth' is smart, stuborn and sweet all in one and Mr Darcy's mystery and character draw you in to a very interesting love story. ...

Wondermima says "Whitty and wildy uncomfortable!" about The Office

The Office is an absolutely exagerated look at what we all wish was our work place for the sheer entertainment factor alone. The completely self unaware and editless boss Michael with great quotes like 'I love inside jokes, I'd like to be in on one someday'. It only takes an episode or two to find yourself consistently laughing at this awkward, hilarious and smart TV series. —...

Wondermima says "Earnestly looking for something, anything to have meaning..." about Elizabeth Gilbert - Eat, Pray, Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India And Indonesia Books

"Eat, Love, Pray" is about one womans search through herself and three countries to find God and love herself. Although Gilbert is an easy enough to read writer with a funny and self depricating sense of humor, her illogical presuppositions in the beginning of the book about 'God' and religion ruin the journey. She says "Let me first explain why I use the word God, when I could just as easily use the word Jehovah, Allah, Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu or Zeus." This sort of illogical thinking does no service to her 'spiritual journey'. You cannot go assigning deitys of certain religions to other religions. What do these God's say about themselves according to their own scriptures? They would certainly not agree to all be lumped together into one called 'God'. This ruins the 'journey' for the reader, partly because it shows her lack of knowledge of these 'Gods', but also because it seems as if she has already arrived at her conlusions. She has already boxed 'God' into some sort of albeit vague,...
