Wizzy says "Forward THIS site to all your friends! " about Snopes

Oh yeah. Snopes is the best. I have several friends who don't work and have nothing better to do than forward those goofy emails. I always use snopes to check it out. I then tactfully reply to my friends that they have been duped and forward with the URL of the snopes site. As someone who abhores the sensationalism of the media, this is just a fantastic way to de-bunk the bunk. Yeah, Snopes!!! ...

Wizzy says "GREAT Steak. Period" about Porterhouse - Lakeville, MN

We just took my husband's employees to this restaurant for the company Christmas party. We made the reservations two weeks in advance for a Saturday night. Good thing. The place was packed. I'm sure everyone had heard about their "to die for" Porterhouse. One of our guests was actually a former beef farmer and he looked like he had died and gone to heaven. He said it was the best steak he ever had in his entire life! Now there is a testimony. Appetizers were lovely as well. Seafood was average. (but hey...it's Minnesota). We couldn't fit a dessert in so no idea how that is. The wine list was adequate. The only drawback was the ambience was a little odd. We sat in a booth inset to a wall and overlooked 3 parallel lines of dining tables. The group felt like we were either about to see a show, or we were the show. It felt odd. Otherwise, service was great. We will be back. ...

Wizzy says "We can't rave about it as our families and friends have." about Sleep Number Bed - Select Comfort

My husband and I tried many beds in stores before we settled on the Select Comfort. Many family members have one and raved about theirs. We however can not "rave" about it. We each have had difficulty setting it to the number where we wake up in the morning and say "Yep, this was definitely worth the money". Actually we ended up buying a 4 inch Tempurpedic like (Serta brand though) mattress to put on top and have found that is how we are both the most comfortable. Maybe we would have been happier with the highest end model.
...
