When I contacted our agent on several occasions about the increases i was told the equivalent of "oh, rates are going up everywhere, we just charge what we're told" They apparently have no interest in maintaining good relations with long term customers, only in making money. so, regrettably after many years with farmers, we gave up and switched to progressive. —...
