I have been a customer for several years and never any complaints out of me. Much unlike the cable people who kept sending me late notices, even though I had the canceled checks that they had deposited in their banks. They wanted me to have to take off work and take the canceled checks to their offices to prove I had paid. This went on for a year. Every month a late notice saying that we was behind on our account. The only way I could clear it up was to cancel cable. I made several appointments with Direct and they never showed up. The last time I made an appointment they did show up but, I decided while the guy was knocking at my door that I didn't want their service. I have Blue Front Amazons, Yellow Nape Amazons, Magna Double Yellow Heads, Congo African Grey and cockatiels. — The Amazons are a challenge during breeding season. It is not hard to read their emotions. They will flare their pupils and then they will go to pin points. This is the time to leave the bird alone. During breeding season they can be very cantankerous.  I use a dowel for my birds to step up on this time of year. The rest of the year they will hop right up on my arm and never bite. — I presently have two baby Yellow Napes that are 18 weeks old. They started talking when they were eight weeks old! They both have pretty good voices and seem to pick up words fairly easy. They will mimic the phone ringing and then say hello, then pause for a couple of seconds and start laughing. They both are saying about 5 or 6 words. They will hold up their foot when you tell them to shake. I have been letting them fly but I...
