      <description>I have had this credit card since my son was born in 2000.  I have about $1500 in college savings - which may not seem like a lot, but when you are living paycheck to paycheck ANYTHING you but away feels good.  I like citibank as I feel secure with them ... any problems I have had has been resolved very satisfactorily.  The interest rate is higher than I would like, but it is really not too much of a problem so long as you can pay your bill every month.   &amp;mdash;... </description>
