Trader Joe's Wheat Free Waffles are the best yet. They are wheat free, gluten free, and yeast free. It says 2 waffles are 230 calories, but one makes you feel full. They can be put in a toaster, microwave, toaster oven, or conventional oven. they are not only healthy, they taste great. You can add what ever you like on the waffles also. Syrup, fruit, jams ect..... Whatever you like. They have vitamins, plenty of iron, and no trans fat or fats that are bad for you. I would tell anyone to try these as they are just wonderful, and I am so happy to have this product. ...

It is so hard sometimes to find something quick to eat when you are Gluten Free, but now with Amy's products and quite a few others, it has made life alittle simpler. When I started looking for a better mattress, I picked the Serta Pillow Top firm matress. It was great for the first few years, and then I started having aches and pains, at first I blamed it on pillows. I bought expensive new pillows and that was still not the answer. My Sister who also has this same mattress noticed the same thing including headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain ect....All the things I've experienced. Then I heard more and more of my friends complaining about the same things. You lose sleep, ache and finally realize, it's the mattress. Like I said it was great the first few years, after that it has become the one matress I would not tell anyone to buy. A matress should last alot longer then a few years. I will be more careful when I get another matress now, as I am tired all the time, cannot continue to lose sleep and have pain I have never experienced until this. My Doctor agrees, there is nothing else wrong, so it is the mattress.

I like the Steamfresh vegetables very much. I work long hours in a juvenile detention center and when I get home late I have to hurry and get something done. They are quick and easy to make, and taste great. I try to get them when there is a sale as they are not always cheap. But it is as close as you can get to steaming them yourself when you do not have the time.

The Shining was a great book as all of Stephen Kings books are. It was suspenseful, hard to put down, and very interesting. I like Stephen Kings books and probably have them all as they come out. I also like true crime. Great as usual!!

I love shopping at Sears, I just have a hard time finding jeans or dress slacks in my size. It used to be easy years ago, but now the jeans or dress slacks start out in a larger size. I alway's find sweaters, blouses or any other kind of top in my size which is great. I am petite and clothes are hard to find sometimes, even in the petite section. Otherwise I find everything else I need without any problems. sales persons are very helpful and always very attentive. And the clothing at Sears is very fashionable and cute!!

Kashi Go Lean is a very healthy Cereal, It has a great taste, fiber we all need,high in protein also. I do not like a cereal with tons of sugar in it and I do look for healthy cereals when shopping. I have been eating Kashi cereals for quite sometime and find them very tasty, affordable, and they contain many vitamins and lots of protein. The added crunch makes it even better!!

The NoteBook was a great love story and proved to me that love does not end. It was, and is, one of my favorite movies. As the story is told you see the courtship, the love, the whole life of these two people. And the heartbreak when she is in the nursing facility, and he tells her their whole life story together. It is a beautiful story and I would tell everyone to watch it if it comes on T.V or get the DVD.

Sherwin Williams Paint!!

I am very budget conscious, but this paint is great. It may cost more, but in the long run it's worth every penny. Great coverage, easy to clean, and so many, many colors to choose from. My house now has almost every room done with Sherwin Williams paint. Have a few left to paint yet and it will be done with this great paint.

It is some of the best cookware I have used and now have. It is non-stick, cooks evenly, never have to use high heat when cooking. handles are not hot when you have to pick up the cookware. food is very tasty, meats very tender,and it cleans very easily.
