      <description>&lt;p&gt;The Gold's Gym Trainer 550 is a Gem! This treadmill is exactly what you need for the price you pay.&#160;For roughly $500 you get an event trainer, weight loss programs, heart monitor, calorie counter and distance tracker all in one machine! I love my treadmill! What I love most about my treadmill is that I never get bored with it. Every workout is different. One day I might do an uphill walk for thirty minutes, and the next day I might do the weight loss program! I have learned that you don't have to get bored with a treadmill workout if you have the right treadmill. Prior to buying the machine, my friends would say, &quot;I don't like treadmills because I like to do different exercises.&quot; With my treadmill I do many different exercises. For example, if you put the machine on a low pace and walk in the&#160;opposite&#160;direction,&#160;you&#160;give the back of your thighs a great workout!
