TheAngelForever says "Well worth the money for peace of mind" about Lansinoh Breast feeding pads

4 years ago when I was nursing my oldest I tried a LOT of different nursing pads. I settled for something, but did not love them.

Fast forward to May when my new munchkin was born. I needed nursing pads and thanks to being disappointed with ones I purchsed sent my husband out to get something. He bought the Lansinoh and I was hooked. The are comfortable, thin, absorb large amounts (for long nights), and so much better than anything I have ever tried. My search for other disposable and washable products end.

TheAngelForever
...

TheAngelForever says "Great for people with less space!" about Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair

We saw this high chair advertised in the newspaper one weekend and were very intrigued by it. Since our oldest was born we moved into our own house where space is very limited. Thanks to this we did not think it was practical to haul up our large high chair to use here. Since we never loved it we were even less enthused about using it with our now six month old.

About two months ago I bought this high chair without reading any reviews. It just seemed like the perfect solution to help our little guy be able to join us at the table for meals and save space. It was by far one of the best things we have bought and highly recommend it. Last night we even brought it with us to family for Thanksgiving dinner. Our little guy loved being able to watch everyone and eat on his own tray. When he fell asleep later on we reclined the chair and he napped comfortably in it for quite some time as well.

Thank you Fisher Price for a wonderful priduct that is great for kids and parents alike!

TheAngelForever...
...

TheAngelForever says "Great snacks that are safe for early feeders" about Gerber Graduates Finger Food Fruit & Veggies Puffs

We tried the Gerber puffs about three years ago when they first came. My oldest son loved them and enjoyed the then 2-3 flavors that were available.

Fast forward to now when we are having a really hard time introducing food to our six month old son. He will NOT eat baby food at all. Our doctor actually suggested trying these with him since they dissolve easily and are a different texture. The little guy is in LOVE and gobbles them up. We have only tried the sweet potato ones with him, but will eventually expand into some of the fruit flavors.

We are very thankful for such a great product to safely use with even a six month old that is just learning to eat.

TheAngelForever
...

TheAngelForever says "Fun bedtime book to ease little ones to sleep" about Pajama Time!

We absolutely LOVE Sandra Boynton books in our house. Pajama Time is one of our all time favorites. My oldest son still asks for us to read this to him and now wants to read it to his little brother. Thanks to Philadelphia Chickens we also know how to sing along to this book. We have given this book along with Snuggle Puppy and others as gifts to new babies. I would highly recommend this book for parents to read or sing to their children to help and establish a fun and less stressful bed time routine.

TheAngelForever
...

TheAngelForever says "An absolutely enticing book" about Twilight (The Twilight Saga, Book 1)

Thanks to several people talking up the book Twilight by Stephenie Meyer, I decided to get a copy to read. I blame all of you for making me obsessed with finishing the book this weekend. Hey, I wanted to get a jump start on New Moon (book two in the series) while I had some time. Honestly this series has become quite popular with adults and young adults alike. Much like the Harry Potter books, only different - LOL!

Who knew I would be interested in a vampire book? I surely did not. Still I was intrigued with all of the talk of Edward, Bella and Jacob. I must say I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I LOVED the characters. Meyer did a wonderful job leading the reader through the book and setting up the story. I was curious from the start on how Bella would find out about Edward's secret. My favorite parts were when Bella went to meet the Cullen family and heard how most of the members became vampires. I was beyond hooked at that point.

I do not usually like things that are too suspenseful,...
...

TheAngelForever says "What a way to end!" about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

I started reaidng the Harry Potter books years ago because my students were into the books. Little did I know that I would be sucked into the series. I have fallen in love with Rowlings books and always looked forward to the next book.

The Potter books have been a great way for me to connect with my students. Between the last two books we chatted a lot and guessed about what the Deathly Hallows would reveal.

After reading the book I was pleasantly surprised with the book. Most, if not all, of my questions were answered by the book. Characters were able to tell their individual stories and we finally learned what would happen with Harry and his friends.

Althougth many people may not have liked the sneak peak into the future, I really enjoyed that and found myself only wishing I could know more. Who knows maybe someday we will know more. For now it is something that we can only speculate about and let our own imagination tell.

TheAngelForever
...

TheAngelForever says "Great for the entire family!" about Nintendo Wii Console

My husband wanted the Wii game system. I was hesitant to spend so much money on something I thought would eventually gather dust.

Boy was I wrong!

The system was well worth the value, especially when you count the sports game that comes with it. Although the controler takes a little getting used to, once you do it is well worth it. The Wii has turned out to be a wonderful investment and activity for the entire family. Our four year old son loves to play with everyone else. He has fun with bowling and playing golf. A bonus is it is great physical therapy for strengthening his mucles.

We are very glad that we made this purchase and look forward to many more hours of fun playing games that make us move.

TheAngelForever
...
