Well if you have the patients to deals with this company then it is great for you! They make a lot of mistakes but they always credit your account or send you new ones. Well the first thing I can say about this laptop is; I love the way it looks! It is very light weight, It is very user friendly for those of you who are not as inclined as others. The keys are very nice as well, I really enjoy the touch pad. It is slink and durable as well!
